About Our New Air Flow System
Our new Next Generation, Dual Air Flow System is designed for a cooler sleeping surface in the summer and a warmer sleeping surface in the winter. We changed the design of air flow in our support foam from the conventional convolute (egg crate) style to a notched grove going across the entire width of the mattress for two reasons. The first reason is because with the old style convolute we felt we were losing too much support from the foam causing the memory foam to sink to far into it, cutting off much of the air flow it was supposed to deliver. The second reason is it didn’t have enough compression to support like it should. With this new design it is a little more forgiving at the knees, hips and shoulders and more supportive at the head and feet area which creates a better alignment for a good nights sleep. Below is an actual photo of our foam layers. All three layers are laminated together before we install the cover.

Our Foam is made by one of the leading foam manufactures in the bedding industry. It is safely made using an environmentally friendly manufacturing process right here in the USA and is Second To None. They have mastered the art of making Visco Elastic Open Cell Memory Foam and also make one of the best polyurethane support base foams in the business. We have been purchasing our foam from this company for about 10 years now, they also supply foam to a number of the leading bedding companies in the industry. All of the foam that we use meets the standard of California Bureau of Home Furnishing Technical Bulletin (TB) 117.
Our covers are also made here in the USA and are made out of all American made materials. They are made out of a three layered, Jacquard material that is non toxic and is made of a four way stretch material in which the fire resistance is inherent in the thread. It is a circular knit material that is stretchable and breathable. They are made with the #1 leading brands of FR thread and zippers and also come with a non-skid bottom. Our covers Meet or exceed all flammability (Open Flame) Test Including Federal Register 16 CRF Part 1633. They are also Allergen and Dust mite resistant.
Our glue is also made in the USA. It is a water based glue designed just for foam, it is a non-toxic, non-flammable and a very durable product. It is produced by a company that is GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified®.

The mattress will have a warranty for a period of 10 years from the purchase date. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. The warranty will cover during normal wear any deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indention greater than 1 inch. The deterioration can’t be associated with an indentation or sag which results from the use of an improper or unsupportive foundation. If you have a problem during this time period you can send the mattress back to replaced or repaired for FREE. All you have to do is pay for the return shipping charges. You MUST email us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning your mattress. You also have to return the original payment document which contains the purchase date.
